Internship on Project Support – Cross Programme Dashboard

By spring 2020, in the Programme Preparation and Development Department (PRD), Programme Management Office (PMO) will be established. After a short time of overall scope definition, it is necessary to establish the above dashboard before the end of 2020.

The intern will work directly with the PRD PMO. The intern shall support the definition, establishment, and implementation of a cross- programme dashboard.

DUTIES


The intern shall support the definition, establishment, and implementation of a cross- programme dashboard covering:

 

  • Selected programme KPIs (key performance indicators);
  • Schedule / critical path;
  • Schedule KPIs;
 
  • The intern shall support the definition, establishment, and implementation of a cross- programme dashboard covering:

 

  • Earned value / progress;
  • Requirements Verification status & progress;
  • Risk KPIs;
  • Quality KPIs;
 

LOCATION

Darmstadt, Germany

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor level in engineering, economics, quality, or international management, preferably enrolled in a Master programme.


LANGUAGES

Candidates must be able to work effectively in English and have some knowledge of French.

  • First Project Experience;
  • Good knowledge of Internet based publication tools;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office;

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Length of internship: 4-6 months
Anticipated start date: 1 September 2020

Interns who have recently finished their studies will receive German minimum wage.
No salary is paid to interns who are still in studies, however a daily allowance and contribution to travel / accommodation costs may be provided. The conditions will be established taking into account the requirements and policy of the intern’s educational institution.
Interns are responsible for providing their own health and accident insurance and for finding their own accommodation in Darmstadt.
